I support adults in overcoming anxiety and overwhelm when moving through a big life transition such as graduation, career and relationship shifts. I’ll help you find clarity and calm while tuning out the noise of “shoulds” and “supposed-tos” and “what ifs?” Find confidence in your decision making and learn to trust your intuition as you move forward toward the life you’re meant to live. Being human is hard, especially when struggling with decision fatigue and information overload but you don’t have to do it alone.
As a nationally registered art therapist, I offer individual in-person or telehealth sessions that weave art, nature and mindfulness with traditional talk therapy to help you gain insight into what’s holding you back from your personal growth. Learn skills for coping with anxiety and find ease and confidence as you move toward the life you’re meant to live.
As your therapist, I will bring curiosity, humor and the utmost respect for the wisdom you hold within you as I support you in your journey toward joy. Are you ready for a life with more ease and confidence? Email me today to get started. I have immediate openings for telehealth clients in Mass as well as in person clients in Vermont.

Trauma, PTSD and Anxiety can be chronic conditions. I provide people with education on the neuroscience of these conditions in order to increase self compassion and understanding of symptoms. From there we work on skills and strategies for coping and reducing any negative impact the symptoms may have. People generally see improvement in a month or two but may choose to attend therapy for longer.

Art therapy uses visual art materials such as drawing, painting or collage as a means of expressing thoughts and feelings. Integrating art into our sessions can help reveal new insights into your experience. Art therapy is about the process not the product and is helpful for all ages regardless of artistic skill. This is an optional tool for clients to access in our work if they are open to it.
