We will explore the role of the eating disorder and identify ways it has served you. We will work together to find alternative ways to cope to help meet your needs. Therapy will be a place to heal from these harmful messages, beliefs and distressful behaviors. Healing includes exploring the impacts of diet culture, social injustices and lived experiences.
