No one is immune to life-challenges and sometimes you need a professional who knows how to guide you through difficult circumstances compassionately, skillfully and efficiently.
With nearly 20 years of experience providing individual, group, and couples therapy for children, adolescents and adults, I not only understand the many colors of pain, I also know pathways to healing.
Because of my passion to help as many people as I can, I received broad-based training and have established a general practice focused on treating common conditions including depression, grief, anxiety, divorce, abuse, ADHD, marital difficulties, anger, infertility, childhood disorders, PTSD, and many others.
My predominant clientele include women, children and people whose faith is important to them.
I have specific expertise in working with clients who request and desire Christian therapy. I have previously worked as a Psychologist in full-time ministry at Lakewood Church and continue to provide group and individual consultation for religious leaders.
Finally, for a limited number of people, I provide personal coaching. Coaching is made available to those who do not desire nor need therapy, but who are motivated to set the bar high, but need a coach to help them become better than their best selves!
