Life is hard sometimes-or maybe has felt hard forever- and I want people to understand that they have the ability to live content, peaceful lives if given the right tools and the means to put them to use. My passion is to provide a therapeutic space focused on genuine connection, openness, and honesty with the purpose of meeting individuals where they are currently in order to provide support for where they want to go.
I provide individual counseling services, couples counseling, substance use evaluations, and co-occurring evaluations. I specialize in treating co-occurring disorders, substance use, bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, faith-based counseling, self-esteem issues, motivation struggles, life transitions, and have experience working with the Deaf community.
Emotions can be overwhelming and isolating, but people are wired for connection and the need for support and community is a basic human right.
