Whether you have been thinking about therapy for a while or have recently gone through a difficult time, being in therapy is a good resource to resolve concerns. I have helped many people experiencing high levels of stress , feelings of depression and anxiety or who have turned to substance abuse/addiction. Often coping skills that were once effective no longer work and we become frustrated and isolate ourselves. It can be difficult to get through the day. I have worked with many people like yourself and helped them talk about their concerns and grow by identifying their strengths and helping them resolve their concerns.

I have over 30 years of experience in a variety of service settings. I use a comprehensive approach using Ego Supportive, and Family Systems Theories. I enjoy working with people with substance abuse problems, codependency and with symptoms of depression and anxiety, trauma histories and chronic pain.

In addition to a general therapeutic practice, I am offering Therapeutic Climbing to assist in recovery from depression, anxiety, stress and substance abuse. This powerful technique accelerates personal growth. I am offering a group specific to women and an early addiction recovery group. Please call for more information.

Women's Empowerment Group. Therapeutic Climbing group. This group is experiential using climbing to promote resolution to concerns with anxiety, depression and self- confidence. No prior climbing experience is required. You have all you need to participate in this group. If you can climb a ladder -you can be in this group! Thursday Evening 6-8 pm. We are powered by PEAK Experiences -Midlothian- and all gear and climbing instruction are included. Cost: $50.00
