My name is Carolyn C. Martin, and I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (Level II) and owner of Mariposa Integrative Therapy. I work with adults and couples who feel lost, anxious, or disconnected and trying to make sense of painful experiences, relationship struggles, or major life changes. You may be longing for peace, clarity, and connection but aren’t sure where to begin. Whether you’re coping with grief, betrayal, or simply the stress of being human, you want to feel more grounded, hopeful, and fully alive again.
With 25+ years of experience, I combine intuition with evidence-based methods such as somatic, cognitive-behavioral, narrative, and parts-based therapy, along with the Gottman Method for couples. I offer a warm, grounded space to help you heal, grow, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Healing takes courage—but you don’t have to do it alone. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and sometimes even lighthearted; laughter can be part of healing too.
