Psycho-neurobiology shows us that emotional connection with others along with mindfulness activates neural growth and healing in our brains. My work is informed by AEDP (Emotion, body, & experiential focus), Internal Family Systems (parts work), Emotionally Focused Therapy, Jungian depth psychology, neurobiology, & brainspotting (a form of EMDR) for trauma.
