Sometimes, we feel stuck in life and don't know what we can do to move forward. As a therapist, my goal is to help people let go of patterns that get in the way of their ability to live a happy and satisfying life. I work to create a supportive, safe environment where, together, we can unravel inner struggles and explore feelings that may have been too difficult to manage alone. People often find greater mental clarity, direction, strength, and insight when working through their problems with me. I focus on working with adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, grief, loss and relationship issues
I focus my work using a psychodynamic approach, which is the process to uncovering the roots of difficulties that are impacting your life today. This intensive form of talk therapy leads to a deeper understanding, acceptance and ultimately to relief when examining the connections between your thoughts, feelings, beliefs, motivations and actions.
The path to starting therapy—or picking it up again—can seem overwhelming, but you are not alone on this journey. I won’t tell you it’s easy, but from my experience I know it is worth the effort. I look forward to speaking with you and figuring out how we can move forward, together.
