Sometimes, we can feel totally overwhelmed by the world around us. Other times, we just feel stuck and unsure of the best next steps to take. As your therapist, I can assure you that I will be with you every step of the way as we navigate uncertainties, explore challenging circumstances, and discover what it means to live a fulfilling life - together.
I strive to help people live authentically by helping with building and making meaning of experiences across all facets of life. I invite vulnerability, curiosity, and creativity into the therapy space for us to explore what matters and why.
Not all identities are visible. As such, I live by the rule of "never make assumptions." I strongly believe in the importance of learning, exploring, and understanding context for all aspects of ourselves and others - as we humans can be pretty complex.
