I use a variety of approaches, including EMDR, ACT and Trauma-focused CBT, as well as Person-Centered Counseling. This can look like processing past or recent trauma, identifying maladaptive patterns, reducing rigid thoughts and behaviors, highlighting strengths, building coping tools, and securing a strong sense of identity.
