I am an Integrative Mental Health Specialist serving as a bridge between traditional allopathic (Western) medicine and other World Medicines (Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurvedic Medicine). As a doctor of Mind-Body Medicine, I specialize in the relationship between emotions, the mind, and physical health. I utilize a holistic, psychodynamic, root-cause perspective focusing on the integration of mind, body, brain, and spirit to help develop personalized treatment plans with my clients. My ideal clients struggle with emotional symptoms and chronic physical conditions and want to empower themselves to feel better every day.
My treatment model includes integrative psychotherapy, Healing Touch, biofeedback, and auricular acupuncture. Mind-Body strategies help to reduce stress. Breath work, movement, guided imagery, dietary and lifestyle changes are all effective techniques to help you manage or overcome your negative self-talk, brain fog, chronic pain, depression, or anxiety.
