My ideal client is that person who's caught in the constant mental chatter of "did I say the right thing?" The one who's always making sure everyone else is okay while feeling one deep breath away from overwhelm. Whether they're an adult lost in spirals of what-if thoughts, or a college student whose heart races every time a professor might call on them, ready for change. Someone looking to move beyond the exhausting cycle of people pleasing and create a life that feels more like them, not just who everyone else needs them to be. I also work well with creatives who see problems from many angles but struggle with their own emotions.
I offer a warm, down to earth space where you can show up as you are. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD, we'll work through those anxious thought patterns and compulsive behaviors. Attachment theory helps us explore how you connect with others. I also offer walk and talk therapy for local clients.
I understand how challenging it can be to navigate relationships while constantly worrying or getting stuck in mental loops. That balance between connecting with others and staying true to yourself can feel overwhelming.
