Accepting telehealth individuals, couples, and families in SC, DE, FL, and ID. If you're here, you may be carrying questions about identity, belonging, loss, or relationships that don't always have easy answers. Whether you're navigating reunion, parenting, or simply trying to make sense of experiences that have shaped your life, you don't have to do it alone. I provide virtual therapy for individuals ages 14+, couples, and families in South Carolina, Florida, and Idaho, with a specialty in adoption-related experiences, trauma, attachment, and relationships.

As an adoptee, I bring both lived experience and specialized clinical training to this work. I've completed the National Training Initiative (NTI) through the Center for Adoption Support and Education (C.A.S.E.) and have volunteered in adoptee support and advocacy efforts.

My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and centered on helping you better understand yourself and move toward the life and relationships you want. My personal and professional experiences help me offer therapy that is informed, affirming, and grounded in an understanding of the lifelong impact adoption can have. I'd love to connect!

College Collective is a virtual therapy group for adopted young adults ages 18–21 in SC, FL, and ID who are navigating the transition to college and early adulthood. While this stage of life brings new opportunities, it can also raise questions about identity, belonging, relationships, independence, and family. For adoptees, these experiences often carry additional layers that others may not fully understand. Together, members will explore topics such as identity development, attachment, friendships and dating, family dynamics, boundaries, grief and loss, and building a life that feels authentic. Facilitated by a therapist with both professional and lived experience.
