I know therapy can be intimidating but reaching out is a sign of strength. I truly believe each person has the capacity to heal and grow and that there is incredible power in the therapeutic process. I take a client centered approach, believing you are the best authority on you. I am here to listen and to provide support, direction and guidance for whatever you may be facing.

I specialize in anxiety, ADHD, relational issues and PTSD. I blend many approaches like IFS, CBT, DBT, mindfulness and trauma informed techniques. My focus is simply to meet you where you are. I offer practical tools that help you feel supported and lead to real, lasting change.

I am located in Ventura, CA and offer telehealth therapy throughout California. We have an office in Santa Clarita that is currently providing in-person sessions with one of my skilled associates.
