I welcome all those seeking a space to process, reflect, and deepen into the questions that call. I help clients through life transitions, grief, depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues. I especially enjoy working with individuals navigating childhood wounding and couples looking to increase secure attachment. Psychotherapy can offer a unique opportunity to explore your current and past issues in a collaborative, non-judgemental, and nurturing environment. I strive to offer a safe and creative space where we can work together to help you make positive movement towards living a more rich and authentic life.
I use therapeutic modalities that include body-centered approaches, mindfulness, and interpersonal neurobiology. I take an attachment-focused and relational stance in working with clients. My background is in Buddhist psychology which offers a deep appreciation for mind-body interconnectedness and holistic, strength-based treatment.
Everyone comes to counseling with a unique life story and set of circumstances. I believe you deserve an equally dynamic therapist. I do my best to honor all parts of you, and empathically meet you wherever you are along your personal path. If you would like to explore the possibility of working together, please reach out for a free phone consultation.
