I work with children, adolescents, and adults who may feel unsure where to start or need support navigating their mental health. I have experience helping children manage behavior and emotions, and supporting adolescents in building self-esteem and improving social relationships. Many of my clients are looking for guidance, coping skills, and a safe space to grow. My goal is to help improve overall quality of life while supporting children and teens in building confidence, strengthening relationships, and setting a strong foundation for success in school and beyond.
I use a combination of approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, person-centered therapy, play therapy, and motivational interviewing. Integrating these methods allows sessions to be tailored to each client, helping them build skills, gain insight, and reach their full potential.
