I am a licensed professional counselor with 20+ years of experience specializing in trauma-informed care, CBT, and EMDR. Skilled at building strong client relationships, guiding treatment planning, and improving outcomes through evidence-based interventions.

My therapeutic approach uses evidenced-based therapies to help you reach your goals. As a Certified EMDR therapist, I also have advanced training in the Flash Technique and enjoy using evidence based therapies such as EMDR and CBT to address issues. I also utilize Internal Family System. I believe people have the ability to change and be better.
