I have been an educator and therapist for over a decade, and I have worked with children, teens, and adults in areas such as substance use * anxiety * depression * trauma * blended-families * divorce * grief * self & emotional regulation issues * social skills difficulties * and self-esteem issues. I am EMDR-trained and have experience in CBT, DBT, and CPT.
