This group is for adults grieving the death of a loved one. Grief can feel overwhelming, isolating, and unpredictable, it does not follow a set timeline. This is a supportive, in-person space where you do not have to go through it alone. Together, we slow down and make room for your experience. You will have space to share at your own pace, connect with others, and feel less alone in your grief. We may also use expressive practices when helpful. It’s easy to get stuck in patterns of pushing through, shutting down, or feeling constantly behind. This is a grounded, in-person space to slow down and make sense of your life. We focus on understanding stress responses in real time, improving communication, and building practical skills to handle daily pressures more effectively.
