I enjoy working with teens and adults who are navigating challenges related to mood disorders, relationship issues, and substance use, including alcohol and drug abuse. My ideal client is someone open to exploring their struggles whether it might be addiction, codependency, or the impact of trauma on their lives. They might be grappling with dual diagnosis, including co-occurring issues such as depression and anxiety, and dealing with stress, self-esteem concerns, and grief.
I provide individual counseling, integrating dialectical behavioral therapy, acceptance commitment therapy, and 12-step concepts to address these complex issues. By taking a holistic approach, I tailor my service to an individual's unique strengths and goals, whether they are contending with relationships or seeking support for substance use and its effects.
