If you are suffering from trauma, mental health issues, relationship issues, or are challenged dealing with the stressors of daily life, we can work on it together.
I am trained in Brainspotting therapy, which functions as a neurobiological tool to enhance the clinical healing process. Brainspotting works with the deep brain and the body through its direct access to the autonomic and limbic systems within the body’s central nervous system. I also practice IFS and Somatics.
The struggles of daily life can be hard to manage. Initiating therapy can be a brave act of self care. People often find that when they engage in therapy they benefit from simply knowing they have a place where they can speak honestly and without judgment; where they can be curious and vulnerable.
