About
Are you experiencing depression, anxiety, anger, hopelessness, stressors from your past or present life? It may be very beneficial to have someone help you through your challenges, identify patterns that may need changing, establishing healthy boundaries for yourself and others. Therapy can be helpful to make changes you need.
My therapeutic approach uses a variety of evidenced-based therapies to help you reach your goals. It is a privilege to help people. I enjoy using EMDR and CBT to address trauma, depression, anxiety, OCD, panic attacks, relationship issues substance use and PTSD. I believe people have the ability to change and be better.
Please email or call for an appointment and let me know how you would like to meet-either virtually or in-person. I offer appointments Monday through Thursday.
