Tween Talk: anxiety group for tweens

Anxiety and self esteem group for tween girls and non-binary tweens. This is a closed group that meets every Monday for eight weeks. In this group we will cover topics of self-identity and esteem, general anxiety, managing emotions, body image, and self-acceptance. The last day to sign up for this group is 06/05/2023, the group begins 06/12/2023. The group will have a one-week holiday break from July 3rd-9th, and parents are responsible for the full eight week commitment. Parents will be receiving a welcome packet detailing each week before the first group meeting!
