I work with teens & adults struggling with relationships, people pleasing, body image, family of origin trauma, grief, & anxiety. A lot of my clients initially seek me out searching for a place that allows them to show up authentically; they leave feeling more embodied, resilient, and confident.
You've been carrying these burdens for so long, but you don't have to do it alone anymore.
I provide a judgement-free space to explore your personal relationship to your mind, body, food, & others. As a yoga teacher & former female collegiate athlete, I also provide a unique perspective of movement & nutrition. I have a passion for somatic-focused modalities, mindfulness, & attachment theory to assist in cultivating awareness & transformation.
I recognize it takes immense courage to be here, and I would be deeply honored to provide witness, attuned support, and gentle guidance throughout your journey.
