It is normal to feel stuck, anxious, or afraid during all stages of life. I am here to walk you through those challenges to help you reach your full potential. I provide a safe, judgment free space to discuss any and all challenges that life brings you. I allow clients to play a huge role in the direction of their session, providing a place to discuss past traumas and struggles when they feel ready to do so. Our goal is for you leave each session with a better understanding of who you are and how you will overcome what lies ahead.
It can be hard to bring yourself to get help. I understand this, and I am happy to meet you halfway. I provide counseling services to those feeling anxious, sad, overwhelmed, or perhaps just confused. I am happy to see all age groups, genders, and diagnoses, and my specialties include the LGBT community and teenagers.
I would love to provide you with a free 15 minute consultation call to determine if we are a good match. I am providing mostly telehealth sessions, with 1 day a week in the office, so I am happy to meet your needs. I look forward to meeting you!
