With nearly 17 years of experience in substance abuse treatment, I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel heard, respected, and understood. I believe healing begins with trust, and I work closely with each individual to help them build coping skills, regain confidence, and move toward lasting change. My goal is to meet clients where they are and support them through every step of their recovery and personal growth journey.
I work on meeting the client where he/she is and I support them in whatever stage of change he/she is going through. I offer a safe space for the client to express themselves safely. I have experience working with clients who are mandated to therapy by agencies such as the courts or DCF.
