I pride myself on diversifying my skill set as a social worker and have worked in a myriad of settings over the years. I have experience ranging from community mental health, inpatient acute psychiatric, outpatient, mental health policy, and veteran’s healthcare. In my work, I emphasize the importance of a nonjudgmental environment where trust and rapport can be built so she can better help you reach your personalized goals. During a session, you will be met with a mirror of yourself and in doing so will help align that reflection with your values and treatment goals.
My areas of expertise include psychotic disorders, mood disorders, anxiety, PTSD, interpersonal and relationship issues, family conflict, stress, and self-esteem. I see both adults and couples and my treatment modalities vary from CBT, DBT, EMDR, narrative therapy, and MI. Currently offering telehealth, in person,
or walk and talk therapy.
In individual therapy, my approach is person-centered, strength-based, and trauma-informed. This allows me to tailor each session to what you are coming to the table with on that particular day.
