I am passionate about supporting individuals and couples to live their lives fully and in balance. I work with a variety of clients on abundance of issues. Whether you are a couple who has relationship or parenting issues, or an individual dealing with retirement, loss or job transitions, I am there with you on that journey too. I also have experience and passion working with clients who are suffering cognitive changes. I strongly believe that they deserve to get the support as well as their caregiver to live a vibrant and full life.
My practice provides objective and practical ways to help people come out on top when life gets difficult. I use mindfulness, provide coping skills, and support in making healthier life choices in all areas of a client's life. These skills help in the area of anxiety, depression, and trauma. I offer both in person and telehealth sessions.
I worked for over 30 years in Minneapolis Public Schools with students from infants to High School and their families. Both in my school social work practice, and private practice, I have a great deal of experience of working with diverse population that includes, race, religion, and sexual preference.
