Beyond RO-DBT, I also work with people who struggle with OCD, specific phobias/fears, and PTSD. I use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) to help them build a new relationship with the uncomfortable emotions that they normally avoid.
All the approaches that I use are evidence-based and empirically supported.
