Hello!
I have advanced training and expertise in perinatal mental health and I value working with men and women across all stages of fertility journeys. The conception, prenatal, pregnancy and postpartum time period can be full of changes and challenges.
I also have a soft spot for fathers and partners navigating infertility, pregnancy, or parenting alongside the mother. I understand the pre- and postpartum season of one’s life can be filled with loss, grief, joy, and great change.
My therapeutic style is a mix of compassionate listening, validation, and deep understanding along with asking great questions, problem solving, and challenging my clients to live a life they highly value. I’m down-to-earth, use lots of humor, and delight in my work. I draw from empirically supported therapies, notably EFT and ACT.
