I am a NY Licensed Mental Health Counselor-diagnostic privilege, and I specialize in treating obsessive compulsive disorder, phobias, panic disorder and anxiety. For the last five years, I have treated individuals with these conditions using evidence-based therapies, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).
