Welcome! My approach to therapy is relational and attuned. I believe the relationship we build together is central to a meaningful therapy experience. I tend to connect well with people who have spent a lot of their lives feeling a little outside of things, adapting to different spaces or holding parts of themselves that don’t always seem to fit neatly together. In therapy with me, I hope you can show up exactly as you are, including when you feel uncertain or contradictory or messy. Together, we’ll laugh a little, make room for nuance, and see what becomes possible when you understand yourself more fully.
I treasure working collaboratively with you to untangle what feels confusing or limiting to who you are. We could explore what it’s like to feel caught between versions of who you are, or notice patterns you keep returning to even when they no longer quite fit. Our work can help you feel more at home in yourself and in your relationships.
