I enjoy working with people from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and faiths. I believe cultural humility and cultural competency are key to understanding the whole person and building a strong foundation with clients. I enjoy working with adults and older teenagers and has many years of experience working with the older adult population. Helping clients with issues such as anxiety, trauma, depression, and life transitions are of particular interest to her.
I use evidenced based therapies such as CBT and motivational interviewing. I have lots of experience working with folks with a history of trauma and people from the LGBTQ + community.
