Hi! I’m Caroline. I have worked in the mental health field in various roles since 2017, and have been practicing as a therapist since 2022. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing substance abuse/addiction, stress, and relationship issues, as well as working with families and couples. Our first few sessions will consist of me getting to know you better and building our therapeutic relationship as we start to dive deep into the issues bringing you to therapy. I am committed to facilitating a safe space for people of all identities to help encourage self-discovery and personal growth.
My therapy style is eclectic and I often draw from several different evidenced-based approaches with each client. I always use a person-centered approach, which means you drive the focus of what you want to work on. I have a diverse background which has given me experience with a wide variety of issues.
I like using humor and honesty to connect with my clients and create an environment that feels safe to dive deep into the things that have been troubling you. I want everyone that works with me to feel valued and understood. Whether you're facing anxiety and depression or issues like addiction and trauma, I am here to support you on your journey.
