I work with children, adolescents, and adults and have supported clients from 6 to 60+ years old. I enjoy helping people make sense of themselves and their experience. Together, we'll uncover patterns that no longer serve you, build on existing strengths, and work toward meaningful change. As someone who values neurodiversity and queer-affirming care, I know there is no one "right" way to be human. I will work to understand you as a whole person rather than trying to fit you into a mold.

My style is collaborative, down-to-earth, and pragmatic. I'm the one person you never have to apologize to-for taking up space, needing time, not knowing where to start. My goal is simple: to be in your corner. I offer a space where you can feel understood, challenged when needed, and supported throughout the process.
