Hi I’m Caroline. I work with kids (ages 10+), adults, and couples, offering a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental space to explore what’s bringing you here. My work is trauma-informed and rooted in social justice, with care for how identity and culture shape our sense of safety and belonging. My approach is integrative and grounded in relational and experiential therapies. I aim to offer a space where all parts of you are welcome. I love working with people across identities and experiences, including the queer community, creatives, activists, teachers, neurodivergent folks, and those who are late- or self-diagnosed.
I don’t see you as something to "fix." Instead, I’m curious about what has helped you survive and how we can explore what you need to truly thrive. Through mindfulness and somatic practices, we’ll strengthen your capacity for choice and agency by tuning into the ways your body’s signals carry your inner wisdom. I offer virtual sessions across California and outdoor ecotherapy in San Mateo County. For adults and couples, I offer an equitable sliding-scale ranging from $70–$300 at Alchemy Community Therapy Center. For youth (ages 10-17), I accept Medi-Cal and offer a sliding scale ($100-150) at Cultivation Liberation Family Counseling.
