I have a special interest in working with people that are facing life transitions: becoming a parent, getting married/divorced, changing jobs, moving, going back to school, infertility, traumas, grief, infidelity, impact of addictions, depression, and anxiety on your life and those around you. I am a clinical supervisor for interns and licensed professionals.
I believe that the relationship between the client and therapist is primary and that it is both of our jobs to be authentic in our work together. This can be challenging but often times a real catalyst for change, which is what therapy is all about. Early morning appointments and Saturday appointments offered.
