Therapy can be hard! Walking alongside you in all of life’s moments, from the darkest to the brightest, is an honor. I work with my clients from a person-centered approach, while also incorporating techniques and skills from CBT, DBT, and mindfulness modalities. I am also trained in brainspotting.
