Welcome! We all encounter struggles that are hard to manage on our own. You have already made a big first step in overcoming life's challenges by seeking a therapist. I am passionate about helping make daily life easier to manage. The bulk of my experience is in working with adults. I have been practicing individual and group therapy for over 4 years. I use multiple therapeutic techniques to meet each individual's needs. I focus on individual strengths and creating a non-judgmental space for you to share your thoughts and emotions. I also provide techniques for you to utilize outside of therapy.
I also have 8 years of experience working in the medical field. Within those 8 years, I provided grief and loss counseling to those with a terminal diagnosis and their families. Currently, I specialize in working with adults with issues such as anxiety, depression, bipolar, grief and loss, relationship issues, and those seeking overall mental wellness.
