Adult Anxiety Group
The Anxiety Resource Center (ARC) provides support groups for Adults and adolescents. I am one of several facilitators for groups that meet on Wednesday evenings. Here is an opportunity to be in a safe environment to share and get support from others afflicted with an anxiety disorder. There is a $5/session participation fee.
