Welcome! I have been in the realm of social work for 25 years wearing many different hats and in private practice for 15 years. The most important thing that I focus on in my work is creating a safe and non-judgmental space for your to practice life on life's terms. Life is always life-ing, so how do we cultivate a space where we can allow things to unfold and recognize our part or how we want to show up? I consider all my clients teachers as well as partners in this journey. Everyone we meet is someone that can teach us something on a spiritual and personal level when we are open to the experience.
