Hi there and welcome. I imagine many of you have come here overwhelmed, and unsure about how to pick the right therapist for you or your loved one. This can be a daunting process for sure. So, who am I? I'm 47 years old, I've worked in several different areas as a therapist; addictions, schools, grief/hospice care and I have been in private practice for 13 years. Currently, I absolutely love working with women who are trying to emerge from the habit of carrying the world on their shoulders and learn to tune into themselves to address their many unmet needs.
I am not afraid to tackle the difficult issues and discomfort that comes with being vulnerable. My most trusted technique is simply, "listening." We all need to be heard, and through being heard, a safe place for making change can be created. I am ready to work if you are.
