I specialize in ADHD, anxiety, and trauma in kids, tweens, teens, and adults. I utilize a non-judgmental, person-centered, and compassionate approach to counseling. I am trained in EMDR and play therapy. I often utilize expressive arts therapy in sessions, Expressive Arts Therapy can be used with all ages. Sometimes emotions cannot be expressed through words. Drawing, painting, acting, dancing, singing, and moving can all aid the therapeutic process for healing and recovery.
