I offer virtual therapy for children, youth, families, and adults, emphasizing kindness and compassion in a safe, open therapy space. To provide interventions that can be used with your whole life in mind, I consider many life aspects of the person or family in treatment with a so-called a systems-perspective and tailor each treatment to you.
I have experience with parenting strategies, welfare system-involved families, anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, and complex trauma. I believe that everyone has the innate ability to improve parts of themselves to live a more fulfilling life, and I would like to be with you or your family on this journey.
