If you are living with anxiety, trauma symptoms, or a nervous system in distress, it can feel exhausting - leaving you feeling stuck in cycles difficult to break. For individuals, the impact can ripple into work, relationships, and home life. And parents of sensitive or behaviorally challenged children can notice overwhelm both for themselves and the family system as a whole.
My goal is to make our work together feel like more than just an appointment; it can be a safe space to learn, grow, and breathe out. I work collaboratively, blending compassion with practical strategies to navigate both individual and relational challenges.
I offer virtual therapy for children, youth, families, and adults. I have experience treating complex trauma, anxiety, childhood behavior challenges, child welfare system-involved families, depression, PTSD, OCD, and ADHD. I regularly utilize cognitive strategies, somatic interventions, EMDR, play interventions, mindfulness, and communication skills.
I believe that everyone has the innate ability to improve parts of themselves to live a more fulfilling life, and I would like to be with you or your family on this journey.
