I provide a judgment-free space where you can freely express yourself, and I am dedicated to creating a safe and affirming environment for individuals who identify as neurodivergent and/or part of the LGBTQ+ community. Anxiety, depression, self-discovery, life transitions, and navigating identities are the main areas of focus for my clients.

I have lived experience as LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent that helps me to better understand my clients' unique challenges. I tailor therapy to your specific needs and will work with you on adapting coping skills and setting goals. I enjoy providing clients with "homework" or topics to think more about between sessions if that interests you.
