I love working with clients who are seeking to identify and change patterns in thought, communication, and relationships. My clients are individuals and couples who are experiencing struggles and roadblocks in how they view and interact with themselves and others. I enjoy helping people grow in awareness of what is causing their issues and learn how to effect change in their lives and relationships. I offer clients a safe place to experience and process their emotions, identify unhelpful patterns and learn healthy coping skills.
My approach is tailored to each client. Everyone is different - we all have different needs, personalities, preferences and viewpoints. I use EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), and psychodynamic therapies, as well as others as needed.
