After 30 years of clinical experience with individuals and couples, I believe the process of psychotherapy strengthens relationships with the self and others, enhancing both insight and opportunities for growth. I bring an open mind, respect and practicality to the therapeutic relationship. I am currently offering treatment using teletherapy and in-person sessions. I am an out of network provider but am committed to helping you to receive reimbursement by your insurance and to adjusting the fee if necessary.
I offer general psychotherapy around family of origin, attachment and relationship issues. Trauma and grief are also areas of focus. I have a specialty in pregnancy, birth, postpartum as well as the relationship between you and your partner as you transition to becoming a parent. I also offer EMDR as a treatment for trauma both birth-related and otherwise.
