Choosing to engage in the therapeutic process is the beginning of a journey on the path that you create, often encompassing reflection, discovery, and transformation. I specialize in women’s issues including maternal mental health, postpartum depression & anxiety, fertility concerns, improving self-esteem/self-love, anxiety/stress management, and relationship issues. I use a combination of techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Mindfulness tailored to the needs of each client. We will work collaboratively to navigate the transition to parenthood and through childhood.
I have advanced training in working with young children and adolescents to address depression, anxiety, social stressors, trauma, and ADHD, and I strive to support my clients in developing coping skills, building self-esteem, and promoting social skills.
