Bringing a new life into the world is often described as joyful, but for many women, the transition to motherhood can also be overwhelming, isolating, and even traumatic. I specialize in supporting women through the challenges of maternal mental health, including postpartum depression and anxiety, birth trauma, fertility struggles, and the complex emotions of motherhood. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where you don’t have to navigate these experiences alone.
EMDR is an evidence-based therapy that can help you process traumatic experiences such as a difficult birth, pregnancy loss, or other painful life events. EMDR works by helping your brain reprocess distressing memories so they feel less overwhelming, allowing you to move forward with greater resilience and self-compassion.
I strive to meet each client with warmth, curiosity, and respect, and I prioritize building a strong therapeutic connection.
